Daffodil Planter: Gardening with a Sense of Humor

Two minutes of entertainment for gardeners, served up several times a week. I live in a Gold Rush town (Zone 7B) in the Sierra Nevada foothills and write about the funny side of gardening.

Daffodil Planter: Gardening with a Sense of Humor
Two minutes of entertainment for anyone with a garden, served up several times a week. I'll make you laugh about Compulsive Gardeners, garden fads and traumas, the ongoing saga of the White House vegetable garden, and garden critters of all kinds.
I live in a Gold Rush town (Zone 7B) in the Sierra Nevada foothills, with winter snows, summer droughts, and mule deer.
Special interests in my own garden are daffodils, drought-tolerant perennials, and self-sufficiency. And I'm still trying to get my gardening clothes to look as good as Dianne Benson's.
Lean over the back fence, let's talk about it all!

Attention Gardening Enthusiasts!
The new BlossomSwap.com has launched. The entire premise behind BlossomSwap.com was to start a community where people could share knowledge, communicate ideas, and encourage friendships between people who share this sometimes crazy and very addictive passion. Gardening brings us together, but it's the individuality of each participant that nourishes our website so that it can continue to grow as the whimsical community it is.
If you aren't aware of us now, we look forward to meeting you in the future.
